Thermo Fisher Scientific manufactures Charge Injection Device (CID) based video cameras and imaging sensors for analytical instrumentation, industrial machine vision, medical, scientific and aerospace applications. We supply products to OEM partners, system integrators and individually to customers.

Radiation hardened CID imaging products use the highly resistant P-channel process and a large full well capacity to ensure the imaging device continues to function in radiation environments with less impact to Charge Transfer Efficiency.

Our products incorporate a variety of technologies including PMOS, CMOS and proprietary CID (Charge Injection Device) pixel architecture that operate over the entire spectral range of 185nm to 1100nm in a variety of applications.
