Konelab Maintenance Agreements ensuer the optimum usage of your Konelab analyzer. Preventive maintenance ensures that the possible fault situations can be minimized. Our service contracts offer preventive maintenance visits one, two or four times per year. The number of visits needed is based on the actual clinical test quantities done with your instruments. The service consumables used in the preventive maintenance visits and the material used in between the preventive maintenance visits can be included in the service contract as well as the spare parts that are replaced in the emergency service visits. Depending on the service contract type, the contract can cover the work hours, travel hours, driven kilometers, daily allowances and accommodation. With the service contract, you will ensure reliable usage of your instrument and minimize unexpected costs.
Service Hotline With our phone support you'll be able to take advantage of the know-how of our professional service personnel. If you need help with technical questions, instrument usage or troubleshooting, you will get a fast response from our service hot line. The service hotline is open during business hours from 8:30-16.
Consumables and Spare Parts We have detailed information about your instrument and are ready to supply you with original manufacturer's spare parts with a short and reliable lead-time.
Performance Verification Service Instrument performance verification (e.g. accuracy measurement) is an optional service which can be connected to the service contract. You can make sure that the instrument meets quality requirements the manufacturer has set. The manufacturer recommends the measurement to be done once a year during the preventive maintenance visit.
The accuracy measurement includes the verification of photometer linearity, dispensing linearity and repeatability and incubation performance. The report of acceptance limits of the measured test and the actual test results will be produced at the same visit and signed by the responsible field service engineer.
