CLASS LOCATION:  All classes are held at the Marietta, OH, Training Facility, unless otherwise noted.  Classes are held from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.  This is a hands-on course, dress is casual, no shorts.

DATES:            April 3-7, 2006
                      July 17-21, 2006

PREREQUISITE:  Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration practices and procedures          

TUITION:  $4,800.00 per attendee, tuition includes course manuals, handouts, instruction sheets and all covered incubator manuals on CD.  Lunch and refreshments are provided daily.  Tuition payment does not cover any travel costs or other costs incurred by the registering party.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Company Check or Purchase Order with approved credit.

AVAILABILITY:  Class size is limited and will be filled on a first registered and confirmed basis.

CERTIFICATION:  Upon successful completion, with a passing score of 70% or greater, each attendee will receive a Thermo Scientific Hot Lab Products, Certificate of Completion.  All others attendees will receive a Thermo Scientific Hot Lab Products, Certificate of Attendance.

REGISTRATION:  Prior to providing confirmation for a completed registration for any seminar, a hard copy purchase order number, check number or credit card number must be verified and approved.  Thermo Fisher Scientific reserves the right to accept or deny any or all requests for attendance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If the registered party is unable to attend, a written notice of cancellation must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the first day of the seminar.  Upon receipt of the written cancellation, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.  No refunds will be given when a cancellation request is received with less than 30 days notice of the intended seminar.  However, a replacement may be sent without penalty.

RESCHEDULING:  No fees will be incurred for rescheduling, provided the re-scheduling occurs 30 days prior to the seminar start date. If rescheduled in less than 30 days, 70% of the fee will be credited toward another seminar and may be used within 180 days of the original seminar start date.

REGISTRATION APPROVAL:  Upon receipt of a confirmation number authorizing attendance, please make all necessary travel arrangements. Travel information will be forwarded with the confirmation letter.  Additional travel information can be found at our website by visiting www.thermo.com.
