Like New  

Manufactured within the past 12 months with less than 100 operating hours. Cosmeticaaly like new with no scratches or blemishes. All documentation, including manuals, are provided in new condition.
     
Refurbished   Cosmetically good with only very minor scratches and blemishes. All documentation, including manuals, are provided in new condition. If necessary, all major components are replaced to extend the life of the unit about 5 years.
     
Used   Cosmetically OK with no major dents or scratches. Point of failure reparied with factory OEM parts. Less than 6 years of age.
     

As the original manufacturer we inspect and recondition all equipment prior to shipment. Reconditioned products come with a 90-day warranty. As you can see by the chart below, we stand behind our factory recertified unitswith world-class customer service and support.
