The part of the business that manufactures and supports Amdel Analysers was acquired by Gamma-Metrics in 1999. In 1984 Gamma-Metrics introduced a revolutionary new way of process control (Prompt Gamma Neutron Activation Analysis) to the cement industry. Today Amdel Instrumentation and Gamma-Metrics are both part of Thermo Fisher Scientific and have continued its technology-driven legacy by introducing countless improvements.
