HT1080 cells stained with Cytoskeletal Rearrangement HCS Reagent KitOur reagent kits are powerful tools for cell-based, high-content screening and analysis (HCS/HCA) of specific molecular targets and biological parameters. Each HCS Reagent Kitis designed for investigation of a specific biology using quantitative fluorescence imaging. The sets of buffers, customized fluorescent probes and antibodies are validated with easy-to-use protocols to maximize multi-parameter data recovery for the target biology. Together with the Thermo Scientific ArrayScan HCS Reader and BioApplication Software, these reagent kits are a "total solution" platform for high-content screening. HCS Reagent Kits are also fully compatible conventional fluorescence microscopy.

Multiplexed Fluorescence Imaging

To improve on previously available reagents, our scientists continue to develop many new probes that make use of specific antibodies and the superior brightness of DyLight Fluorophores.
