Antibody Binding and Elution Buffers  
Ensure optimal binding and elution conditions for almost any antibody. Increase your binding efficiency with specialized binding buffers and recover more functional antibody from the support with IgG elution buffers.       

Antibody Immobilization  
Use Protein A or Protein G to bind antibodies in the proper orientation for antigen binding while removing unwanted contaminants, then add DSS crosslinker to fix the antibody in place covalently.   

IgA purification  
Jacalin has been found to specifically bind to human IgA. Interaction of immobilized jacalin with serum or colostrum results in binding of IgA, free from both IgG and IgM. This support is also useful for removing contaminating IgA from IgG samples.   

IgG Purification  
Protein A, Protein G, Protein A/G and Protein L beads are the most widely applied method for purifying antibodies. Melon Gel offers a unique alternative for rapid antibody purification in a gentle format that preserves antibody activity.   

IgM Purification  
An easy-to-use affinity matrix and buffer system to purify IgM. Immobilized mannan binding protein (MBP), is most effective for purifying mouse IgM from ascites. Greater than 80% pure IgM is obtained from a single pass over the column.    

IgY Purification  
Protein A and Protein G cannot purify IgY from egg yolk due to the high lipid content. The Eggcellent IgY Purification Kit contains a unique delipidation reagent that separates protein from lipid, and a precipitation reagent to further purify the IgY.   

T-Gel Adsorbent and T-Gel Purification Kit  
T-Gel Adsorbent is a non-proteinaceous immunosorbent for the purification of immunoglobulins from a variety of sources including mouse, rat, rabbit, goat and human. Gentle elution conditions are used to preserve monoclonal antibody activity.   

Immobilized E. Coli Lysate and Kit  
Clean up polyclonal antibody preparations by removing clones with cross-reactivity to E. coli proteins. Pre-clear antibody or other protein preps using these E. coli lysate agarose beads.
