Copper Coated Plates, High Binding Capacity
The detection limit is 0.1 pg of polyhistidine tagged fusion protein per well. They are pre-blocked for the ultimate convenience and can be used for quantitation of polyhistidine-fused proteins using INDIA HisProbe-HRP.

Nickel Coated Plates
Bind recombinantly expressed fusion proteins containing polyhistidines, allowing ELISA analysis.

Amine-binding, Maleic Anhydride Plates

Glutathione Coated Plates
Selectively binds recombinantly-expressed fusion proteins containing glutathione S-transferase. They are pre-blocked to reduce nonspecific binding and are available in a 96-well plate and an 8-well strip plate formats to maximize usefulness of plates.

Sulfhydryl-binding, Maleimide Activated Plates
Maleimide groups specifically and covalently conjugate sulfhydryl groups at neutral pH, creating a stable thioether bond. They are pre-blocked to reduce nonspecific binding and are available in an 8-well strip format.

NeutrAvidin Coated Plates, High Binding Capacity
Pierce has developed a new high binding capacity (HBC) coated plate technology (patent pending) that results in a NeutrAvidin Coated Plate with twice the binding capacity of our regular binding capacity coated plates.

NeutrAvidin Coated Polystyrene Plates
The high affinity of Avidin for Biotin, without the nonspecific binding problems. These plates are ideal for binding small hydrophilic molecules (e.g. peptides) that typically exhibit poor binding to polystyrene.

Protein A, G, and L Coated Plates

Secondary Antibody Coated Plates

Streptavidin HBC Coated Plates are ideal for binding small ligands such as biotinylated oligonucleotides and peptides with better assay sensitivity and broader detection range.
