Technology
Thermo Scientific SearchLight Protein Arrays are multiplexed sandwich ELISAs for the quantitative measurement of 16 to 24 proteins per well. Antibody printing, sandwich ELISA, CCD imaging, and array software are combined to quickly generate accurate, reproducible results.

View the latest menu of proteins which have been validated for quantification in the Thermo Scientific SearchLight system. New proteins are added to the menu each month.
SearchLight Sample Testing Service
Obtain quantitative results for multiple proteins using a small volume of sample. Simply select your proteins of interest, ship samples to our CLIA-certified testing laboratory, and receive a confidential data report within 5 to 7 business days.
Custom Arrays and Assay Development
Thermo Scientific SearchLight technology offers a menu of over 250 cytokines and biomarkers. Researchers can select a unique combination of proteins for custom chemiluminescent or infrared kit production or sample testing via the SearchLight Testing Service.
SearchLight Infrared Arrays
Quantify up to 24 different proteins per well in a 96-well plate. Thermo Scientific SearchLight IR Arrays are scanned with the Infrared Imaging Systems. Images are analyzed using Thermo Scientific SearchLight Array Analyst Software.
SearchLight Chemiluminescent Arrays
Quantify up to 16 proteins per well in a 96-well plate. Completed array plates are imaged using the Thermo Scientific SearchLight Plus CCD Imaging System or a compatible high-end CCD imaging system. Images are analyzed using Thermo Scientific SearchLight Array Analyst Software.
Array Analyst Software
Thermo Scientific SearchLight Array Analyst Software is strongly recommended for analysis of Thermo Scientific SearchLight Chemiluminescent and Infrared Arrays and ExcelArray slide-based assays. A trial version of Thermo Scientific SearchLight Array Analyst Software is available.
