Biotin-labeled or iodinatable heterobifunctional, cleavable crosslinkers that can be used to tag a bait protein and then transfer the tag onto an interacting protein following a binding interaction.

Sulfo-SBED Biotin Label Transfer Reagent
Sulfo-SBED contains a biotin tag, an amine-reactive NHS ester to label a bait protein, and a photoactivatable aryl azide group to crosslink to interacting (prey) proteins. Cleaving the spacer arm results in transfer of the biotin tag to the prey protein.
Sulfhydryl-based Biotin Label Transfer Reagents
Mts-Atf-Biotin Reagents have methanethiosulfonate and tetrafluorophenyl azide reactive groups and a biotin tag. Reagents allow crosslinking and biotin label transfer between a bait protein's sulhydryl group and interaction sites on an unknown protein.
Iodinatable Crosslinkers for Iodine Label Transfer
Certain cleavable crosslinkers can be labeled with 125I and used for iodine label transfer. Consult the Crosslinker Selection Guide.
