OMNIC Specta provides all the powerful tools you need to get the information step by step. Use a self-extraction wizard to develop the preliminary picture in few seconds; then just click on a compound name to see where and how is distributed in percentage. If the material is unknown, you can search it right there!

Particles and fiber analysis
OMNIC Picta provides a convenient user interface to set up everything you need to quickly and easily acquire data. The particles wizard does many of these tasks for you much faster! Find your sample features, fit the best aperture, collect spectra and search them against your favorite libraries. Final result? Number of features, identifications, and relative percentage of each material. OMNIC Picta provides answers, not just good data.

Cross section analysis of paint chips and food packaging is a classic of infrared microscopy. Self extraction wizards to tell you what the material in each layer is, and what is its thickness. Another wizard helps you to find the composition of inclusions, gels and fisheyes, minimizing sample delamination or inclusions "extraction surgery" only when needed.
