Introducing Dharmacon Accell siRNA

Are you working with difficult-to-transfect cells
for gene silencing?

During this seminar we will discuss our most recent innovation, Accell siRNA, which is modified to enable uptake to virtually any cell type, without the need for lipids, vectors or electroporation.

Moreover, Accell siRNAs maintain potent silencing and are chemically modified for stability and enhanced specificity.

In this presentation we will discuss data to support:

• siRNA delivery to difficult-to-transfect cells types (e.g. primary cells)

• Mitigation of adverse cellular responses commonly associated with other delivery methods

• Easy to use 2-step protocol- applicable to any cell type

• Novel application to extend target knockdown (e.g. 30 days)

RNAi Seminar Resources

NEW! Here's what researchers are saying about Accell siRNA Reagents:

"Accell siRNA works fabulously in cultured cerebellum slices"

"I'm pleased to say that it almost completely knocked down GAPDH in murine erythroleukemia cells"

"I saw 80% knockdown in primary macrophages with no optimization"

"This is a major technical breakthrough!"

"I am really very excited about the knockdown efficiency, never seen anything like this in neurons!"
