SAN JOSE, California (August 31, 2005) - Thermo Electron Corporation introduces the Finnigan™ LXQ™, a new cost-effective linear ion trap mass spectrometer that delivers high performance for rapid, reliable analysis supporting high-throughput solutions for today's fast paced analytical laboratory. The LXQ provides superior speed and sensitivity over 3D ion traps, combined with the ruggedness that Finnigan ion traps have delivered for years.
