Update or increase your bioreactor capacity without purchasing a new system. The HyClone Single-Use Bioreactor System includes all the advantages of single-use bioprocessing, including rapid setup. A unique patented mixing system provides conventional overhead mixing while maintaining sterility and integrity of the Bioprocess Container (BPC).
Intended as a retrofit product to replace the stainless steel bioreactor vessel in existing systems rather than as a complete turn-key bioreactor system.
Available in a range of volumes; minimum working volume is half of the maximum

Suitable for both suspension and microcarrier culture
Components:
Container: 304 stainless steel with cut-out sections to facilitate S.U.B. BPC loading
Mixer Motor: Integrates with seal/bearing assembly on S.U.B. BPC
Electrical Heater Jacket (available on select models as noted): Maintains bioreactor temperature and controlled by RTD probe in S.U.B. BPC
Water Jacket (available on select models as noted): Controls and maintains bioreactor temperature
Platform: Location points for S.U.B. BPC with containment for spills and casters for mobility
Control Unit: For mixer and heater, also can integrate with customer's existing system
Door: Available on 1000L model only
Load Cells (not shown): Available standard on 1000L model only
