Course designed to familiarize users of ARL 3460 or ARL 4460 coupled to an ARL SMS-2000 automation system with the structure of the system. Students will learn maintenance and diagnostic techniques and how to establish and follow a maintenance schedule.
Topics include a general overview of the automated ARL 3460 and ARL 4460 coupled to an ARL SMS-2000, philosophy, overview of the periodic maintenance tables concerning the cleaning devices, the analysis table and its accessories, the SMS rack, the pneumatic system and the robot arm, general troubleshooting and diagnostic.
Pre-requisites: Practical experience of at least 3 months following the installation of the system and general knowledge of Windows® Operating Systems and WinOE software.
