Accurate and robust, the Thermo Scientific syringes for Thermo Scientific GC instrumentsand autosamplers incorporate design features that make them easy-to-use, enhancing the repeatability of injection and the reliability of results. These syringes include fixed and removable needles as well as standard and gas tight plungers for your convenience.
  • TriPlusTM, AS3000, AS2000, AS200 and AS800
  • Teflon® Tipped plungers - Prevents plunger binding with dirty samples
  • Cone point needle tip - Optimized for septum piercing

Syringe Specifications

Temperature Limits:

  • 5– 115°C for removable needle syringes
  • 5– 70°C for fixed needle syringes

Volume Specifications:

  • Accuracy ±1% (±2% for plunger-in-needle syringes)
  • Reproducibility (displaced volume) ±1% (±2% for plunger-in-needle syringes)

Maximum Safe Working Pressure:

  • 5 µL to 100 µL – 1000 psi, 250 µL and 500 µL – 500 psi
  • 1 mL to 5 mL – 400 psi, 10 mL – 200 psi
  • 25 mL, 50 mL and 100 mL – 100 psi
  • Maximum Functional Pressure: 100 psi

Materials Used:

  • Gas tight plunger tips – PTFE
  • Metal plungers – stainless steel
  • Glass – borosilicate
  • Metal flanges – stainless steel; nickel plated brass
  • Needles – stainless steel
