  SilTite Metal Ferrule and Nut Kits


SilTiteTM metals ferrules and nuts are specifically designed and recommended for use with GC/MS systems.

   Product Detail


  • Forms a strong, permanent, airtight seal around the capillary column, eliminating leaks
  • Ferrule and nut are made from the same material and have the same thermal expansion coefficient
  • Eliminates the need to re-tighten the ferrule after installation
  • Base of the ferrule is flat and forms a perfect seal with the MS interface
  • Temperature tolerance well above the limit of the injector, MS interface or GC oven
  • Available for most major GC/MS instrument interfaces

Kits contain 2 nuts and 10 ferrules. Replacement ferrules are available.
