The erCRP reagent is intended for the determination of C-Reactive Protein (CRP) concentration in serum or plasma on automated clinical chemistry analyzers. The erCRP reagent satisfies AHA and CDC recommendations for a high sensitive method to ensure a reliability and reproducibility of results across the entire measurable range (0.15 ? 320mg/L). The method provides excellent correlation against other commercially available assays and is standardized against Certified Reference Method (CRM470 BCR). Sample dilution is not required up to 320mg/L and erroneous results are avoided as the assay does not suffer from a high dose hook effect up to 1000 mg/L.
