  Arena System Reagents


Arena System Reagents cover over ten tests for wine and food & beverage analysis. Colorimetric and enzymatic analysis is applied for the Glucose, Fructose, Glucose and Fructose sum, Sucrose, Glucose and Fructose and Sucrose sum, Ethanol, Glycerol and Ammonia tests as well as for Acetic, Malic and Lactic acid tests. Supporting controls and calibrators are available. All methods are automated.

Kit structure includes 2-4 reagents in 20 ml vials. Bar coded vials are simple and fast to use. All necessary data, like lot and expiry date, are automatically read. Maximum number of tests from one kit is 350. The photometric measurement is based on the formation or consumption of NAD or NADH. Measurements are done at 340 nm in 37 °C. Automated dilutions make possible to apply methods for wide range of analyte concentrations.
