The full-featured Rate application provides serial, parallel, and triggered rate modes. Using the integrated advanced Kinetic Analysis software, rate and concentration data can easily be modeled using pre-defined models of enzyme behavior, from basic Michaelis-Menten to binding models including Hill plots, or user-entered equations.
The DNA melting application enables advanced control of the heating/cooling cycles. This saves valuable time and allows experiments to be performed up to 6 times faster than with traditional fixed temperature ramps. VISIONlife™ also offers a wide range of Tm calculation methods which can be extended using UVcalc.
