The concept of the M Series is simplicity itself. The unique Stockdale double beam design concept allows truly automatic dual atomizer switchover and operation and the SOLAAR software offers control with easy-to-use wizards to select most common functions.

The new Mi spectrometer additionally offers automated performance checks which will reduce sample reruns, increase confidence in analytical data, confirm the instrument hardware is operating as it should before analysis is started, early warning and identification of an instrument fault and improved peace of mind.

Double Beam System
Using a Stockdale double beam Echelle optical system means that each beam passes through a separate atomizer. The user defines which is the sample beam and hence the beam to be used. As a result flame to furnace changeover can be fully automatic and take place unattended. Productivity is significantly enhanced and performance guaranteed. The rest of the M Series instrument design is based around optical components that optimize the optical signal, combined with highly functional and ergonomic user access.

Dual Atomizer Productivity
The M Series dual atomizer range offers a unique solution when your workload demands both flame and furnace analysis. Atomizers are permanently mounted and aligned and can be selected automatically by the system software, with no manual intervention. Alignment of both atomizers is perfect, productivity is significantly enhanced and performance guaranteed.

Dual Monochromator Performance
Echelle dual prism and grating monochromator achieve unrivalled detection capability. Ensuring optimum flexibility, the M Series family provides Zeeman or non-Zeeman furnace with or without flame system, all within the same uniquely small instrument footprint of <0.5 m2.

M Series Models
The Mi model gives you the M Series spectrometer with Intelligent Spectrometer Qualification (iSQ), offering automated system performance checks before analysis. The M5 system offers flame and furnace operation with deuterium background correction while the M6 provides flame and Zeeman furnace operation. Other options are the dedicated MQZ Zeeman furnace-only system or the MQZe combined Zeeman furnace/vapour analysis system.
