HyperSep?SAX Strong Anion Exchanger is a strong anion exchange sorbent which offers minimal non-polar interactions. The decrease in these non-polar interactions results from the amine group that masks any effect of the carbon atoms in the functional group. The selectivity of HyperSep SAX can be modified by the addition of appropriate buffers, which increase or decrease this selectivity.
