Thermo Scientific VARIOKLAV? autoclaves are designed to exacting quality standards for safe, reproducible steam sterilization of liquids, culture media, solids such as instruments, glassware and laboratory waste.
Ideally suited for laboratories where space is at a premium our Varioklav range spans slimline floor models and compact table top autoclaves with capacities from 25 to 160 liters. Units are fully equipped for routine sterilization.
Our Varioklav autoclaves are equipped with an external ultra flat steam generator. No heating elements and no water in the sterilization chambers offer a maximum of useful capacity and enable easy cleaning.

Space saving and ergonomic: With its uniquely small footprint the Varioklav is not much bigger than the sterilization chamber itself. Deck heights as low as 750 mm are ergonomic for easy loading and unloading.
Safe: Our unique fingertip Quick Lock mechanism automatically locks down lids and doors at the touch of a button. A pneumatic silicone seal secures the chamber for perfect pressure and vacuum tightness.
Easy to operate: The autoclaves are delivered with an extremely simple user interface. Equiped with microprocessor control units the cycles run automatically at temperatures from 98°C to 134°C. The modification can be secured with a key.
Accurate temperature regulation: Enables reproducible cycles as well as accurate and efficient sterilization of the goods without overheating.
