DyLight DY547, DY647 and DY677 phosphoramidites have absorbance and emission spectra comparable to Cy*3, Cy5 and Cy 5.5 respectively
DyLight labeled oligonucleotides are stable from pH 3-9 and have photostability comparable to or exceeding oligos labeled with Cy dyes
Payment of licensing fees is not required for use of DyLight dyes in research applications
FAM-6 and Fluorescein:
FAM-6 and fluorescein labeled oligonucleotides are used in sequencing and PCR applications
These phosphoramidites may be used on all automated DNA synthesizers using standard synthesis procedures
FAM-6 is further purified to remove the 5-isomer and leaves ≥95% of the 6-isomer; the higher purity of the single isomer is ideal in applications requiring higher sensitivity
