2'-TBDMS
TBDMS RNA amidite chemistry is the widely accepted standard for high quality, large-scale synthesis of RNA oligonucleotides. The specifications include limits for critical impurities.
2'-OMe
RNA oligonucleotides synthesized using 2'-OMe modified amidites are nuclease resistant making them well suited for in-vivo, antisense and aptamer applications.
2'-F
RNA oligonucleotides synthesized using 2'-Fluoro U and C phosphoramidites have increased thermal stability of RNA duplexes and nuclease resistance of single stranded RNA. These phosphoramidites can be incorporated into custom siRNA oligonucleotides for use in gene targeting and suppression studies.
Low Critical Impurities
Rigorously controlled manufacturing processes minimize levels of reactive P(III) impurities which could be incorporated into the oligonucleotide product and/or result in the accumulation of by-products which can be difficult to remove during purification. NMR analysis is conducted on each lot to ensure that the levels of critical impurities are within specification.
