Thermo Scientific Fast Deprotection phosphoramidites permit the removal of base protecting groups under mild or accelerated conditions without the need for special reagents. The mild conditions enable users to incorporate dyes, labels and other sensitive moieties that are unstable with prolonged exposure to strong alkaline conditions. Reduced deprotection time provides quicker turnaround from synthesis to crude oligo in high throughput systems.
As a licensed supplier of PAC protected phosphoramidites, we offer PAC dA, iBu dC and ipPAC dG. In addition, we also offer Acetyl dC and DMF dG phosphoramidites.
