  • Fast Deprotect phosphoramidites permit the removal of base protecting groups under mild or accelerated conditions without the need for special reagents
  • The mild conditions enable users to incorporate dyes, labels and other sensitive moieties that are unstable with prolonged exposure to strong alkaline conditions
  • Reduced deprotection time provides quicker turnaround from synthesis to crude oligo in high throughput systems
