Purity and stability of rNTPs are essential for successful in vitro transcription reactions and other sensitive enzymatic techniques. PurePeak rNTPs are extensively purified to ensure undetectable RNase activity. In addition, a minimum of 99% of a PurePeak rNTP in the 100 mM solution is in the triphosphate form (a minimum of 98% for the lyophilized rNTPs) to enhance incorporation and yield optimal experimental results.

PurePeak rNTPs are supplied as a 100 mM solution, in water (pH 7.5) or in lyophilized form. Additional formulation and mix options are available to meet specific application requirements.
