Easy Setup and Operation Easily configure and operate the VL ColorCalc software to fit your laboratory needs. Simply set up the scan method, select the calculation or calculations you wish to perform, and run the method. The software automatically acquires the data and performs the calculations. All of the calculation parameters, such as sample thickness or color correction values, are stored with the method ensuring sophisticated evaluation with only a few mouse clicks.
Reproducible Analysis The advanced software package automates the color determination of liquids, making them objective and reproducible. Stop comparing samples to color charts or reference solutions and get a quantitative samples analysis. This analysis can be performed using either 1,5 or 10 cm pathlength cuvettes.
User-definable Calculations Add more method flexibility through customized parameters. This software performs user-definable calculations and logical decisions with data from a single spectrum or multiple spectra. VL Color Calculation users can:
modify the list of available calculations
change the way calculations are performed based on the existing algorithms
change the naming of the pre-defined calculations

Rapid QA/QC Analysis In addition to the various integral parameters, VL ColorCalc software can compare a sample spectrum to a table of minimum and maximum data or to given high/low reference spectra. This method gives a clear picture of the material being analyzed and can be used for rapid QA/QC analysis of incoming raw materials or production units.
