The ALPS 3000™ is a fast, compact heat sealer created for optimal robotic integration in high throughput environments, yet allows manual, benchtop control. Sealing tapes available in a wide range of plate, chemical, temperature and application compatibility allow the user to tailor the ALPS 3000 to meet his or her heat-sealing needs.

Speed and Ease of Use The light (26 pounds) ALPS3000 has a small footprint (165 mm x 405 mm), taking up less precious bench space. The seals are top-loading and easily accessible, with rapid plate sealing action (6 seconds/plate) in either high throughput robotic applications or benchtop, hand-fed operations.
Safety and Security Sensors detect the presence of sealing tape, plate and air input allow for automatic system shutoff to eliminate product waste, system hold-ups and potential injury.
Operational Options
With both on-board touch screen operation for benchtop use and and RS232 port with included ASCII programming parameters for robotic integration, the choice is up to you.
