Drive Controls

• Protected power switch located onback of drive
• Lighted display indicates power is on
• Simple programming of the followingvia sealed membrane keypad:

1. TUBING SELECT FLOW rate
2. Motor DIRection TOTAL VOLUME
3. DISPense MODE
4. START/STOP Up/Down
5. CALibration PRIME UNITS (English or metric)
6. DISPense (vol/copy/interval)

Note: Up/Down keys are used to change the display value of flow rate and calibration functions during setup and operation.

Setup

1. Mount pump head(s) and load tubing.
2. Turn power on and select tubing size.
3. Select manual or remote MODE.
4. Select motor DIRection.
5. PRIME and CALibrate pump if required.
6. Set flow rate with Up/Down keys.
7. Press START key to begin pumping.

Speed Control/Circuitry

• Regulate motor with Up/Down keys, 4 to 20 mA, or 0 to 10 V signal
• Soft-start for starts without power surges
• Speed not affected by variations in power line voltage (VAC) or frequency (Hz)
• Line filters reduce outside interference
• Meets UL 508C, CSA C22.2, No. 14, EN61010-1 and EN61326-1 (for CE mark)

Remote Control

• Speed control input: 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA, and 0 to 10 V (scaleable)
• START/STOP, CW/CCW, PRIME via contact closure
• ±0.5% linearity control
• ±0.50 V common mode range
• 18-pin circular waterproof connection
