Barnstead Classic Stills offer a range of accessories for added functionality, including:
Fully Automatic Controls
Enables reliable unattended operation
Automatically stops the still when tank is full and starts it when tank falls below preset level
Drains boiler at selected 2, 4, 8, or 16 hr. intervals to reduce scale formation
Pretreatment Kits (1 and 2 Gallon Stills)
Eliminates cleaning and increases purity with the use of deionization resins and carbon
Includes flow meter to maintain correct flow to still
Float Feeder (5 and 10 GPH Glass Stills)
Conserves water when pretreated water is used as a feed source
Controls the flow of pretreated water to boiler
Maintains purity with pure tin surfaces
Automatic Feedwater Shut-off Valve
Allows for automatic operation when using a pretreated feed water.
Used with float feeder to start/stop feedwater flow
