Description

AMV (Avian Myeloblastosis Virus) reverse transcriptase synthesizes a complementary DNA strand from single-stranded RNA. Purified from Avian Myeloblastosis Virus. 1 unit of enzyme will incorporate 1nmol of TTP into acid -insoluble form in 10 minutes at 37°C using poly-A-oligo (dT)12-18. No exonuclease or RNase activity was detected.
