Description
MMuLV (Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus) reverse transcriptase synthesizes a complementary DNA strand from single-stranded RNA. It is isolated from a clone over-expressing the gene from Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus. 1 unit of enzyme will incorporate 1nmol of TTP into acid-insoluble form in 10 minutes at 37°C using poly-A-oligo (dT)12-18. No exonuclease or RNase activity detected.
