All ABgene PCR plastics are manufactured in a class 100,000 clean room environment. This type of production ensures that the products are free from particle and DNA contamination, in addition to being RNase, DNase, and endotoxin free. Part of our rigorous quality control standards includes leak testing, electrostatic pin-hole detection, material flexibility assays, and PCR simulation cycling.
ABgene PCR tubes feature uniform, thin walls that give optimal and consistent heat transfer, reducing variation between samples. The low binding interior surface prevents reaction components from binding to side walls, ensuring maximum yield. The tight sealing cap significantly reduces evaporation to generate more efficient and higher yield results.
