Description
Designed for high-throughput PCR, the ABgene 384-Well PCR plate is compatible with most major 384-well thermal cyclers and sequencing instruments. The full skirt and rigid plate deck help minimize distortion during PCR or QPCR cycling, making it suitable for use with robotic systems. Also available barcoded.
All ABgene PCR plates are designed and tested for optimal PCR performance. Quality control includes leak testing, electrostatic pin-hole detection, material flexibility assays, and PCR. A dedicated quality control team checks every well of every plate under clean room conditions. Uniform, thin walled wells give optimal heat transfer, reducing variation between samples. Raised rim design improves seal integrity for superior and consistent sealing virtually eliminating evaporation.
