Description

Anchored Oligo-dT primers are specifically designed for synthesizing long cDNAs from mRNAs carrying poly-A tails. Since this primer only anneals to the poly-A tail junction of the mRNA template, it eliminates transcription through the poly-A tail, providing more effective cDNA synthesis.
