Random Decamers are truly random oligo deoxyribonucleotides. Decamers are ideal primers for mRNA with or without a poly-A tail and are suited to amplifying longer cDNA strands. They can be used to create a pool of cDNAs for subsequent applications, thus providing maximum flexibility.
