The Thermo Scientific ABgene 384-well Diamond PCR Plate is the world's most rigid 384-well PCR plate and has specifically been developed for reliable performance on high-throughput robotic handling systems. The uniform thin-wall design has been optimized for use in PCR and QPCR applications but also offers the advantage of delivering superior resistance to warping during PCR cycling, thus reducing evaporation issues associated with inconsistent data.
Product Detail
Description
The ABgene Diamond Ultra is the 384-plate of choice for PCR and QPCR users. Constructed from a proprietary polymer that delivers unsurpassed rigidity, this revolutionary plate assures that low reaction volumes can be used without the added concern that plate warping leads to compromised seal integrity. In addition, the thin walled design still allows for the rapid and consistent heat transfer necessary to keep PCR applications efficient and accurate.
The Diamond Ultra is also available in opaque white, a colour proven to enhance QPCR sensitivity by more effectively containing and reflecting the fluorescent signal. The Diamond Ultra is also available with a barcoded option.
We recommend this plate for users of medium to high-throughput PCR applications that require accuracy and dependability. This plate is the only choice for PCR and QPCR users operating with robotic plate handling systems, and/or those that require improved rigidity.
