The Dispensing Console has a 5-liter paraffin reservoir, heated dispenser nozzle, heated work surfaces, heated forceps holders and a cold spot. It includes separate heated compartments for molds and cassettes. The Cryo Console features a large, non-stick surface for cooling paraffin embedded blocks. Temperature can be controlled from 0 to -15°C. The unit features programmable operating times including automatic start. All heated surfaces are independently controlled and range in temperature from 50 to 75°C.
These components meet the demanding daily needs of a busy
histology laboratory. These are engineered and designed so
that the Cryo Console can be placed to the left or right of
the Dispensing Console, to meet the needs of the user. In an
extremely busy laboratory a second Cryo Console can be added.
