Pre-aliquoted PCR master mixes are available in 25μl and 50µl final reaction volume formats and in a range of MgCl2 concentrations. Pre-aliquoted PCR master mix can be ordered with ThermoPrime Taq DNA Polymerase, Extensor Hi-Fidelity PCR Enzyme Mix or Thermo-Start Taq DNA Polymerase. For the ultimate in customer convenience, a ReddyMix option is also available (except for master mixes containing Thermo-Start).
