Thermo Scientific vHCS™ Discovery ToolBox
The Discovery ToolBox provides full image analysis capability and data visualization in one easy to use package that’s like having another instrument on your desktop. Using the power of vHCS:Scan and the full Thermo Scientific Cellomics ONE BioApplication suite, users can analyze images from a variety of readers as well as drill down to cell-based information using vHCS:View. Built and developed by HCS scientists for HCS scientists the Discovery ToolBox is your best desktop productivity tool for HCS.

Thermo Scientific Cellomics Store
Thermo Scientific Cellomics Store is our enterprise level database for HCS data storage and management. Mature, field proven and robust, Cellomics Store is the result of over ten years experience in managing HCS data. Available for either Microsoft® SQLServer® or Oracle® Database Server, Cellomics Store offers immediate return on investment and the ability to efficiently and effectively organize HCS and HCA data and images.

Thermo Scientific HCS Applications Server
Our powerful HCS Applications Server acts as a communication layer between the Instrumentation, ToolBoxes and the database. Our Applications Server also establishes a framework for a series of plug-in modules that provide additional functions such as archiving, import/export and connection to third party software.

Thermo Scientific HCSExplorer™
HCSExplorer is a web-based (intranet) tool to support a typical day-in-the-life of an HCS scientist. Offering a simple guided workflow, users can easily perform quality control, visualize data and images, generate reports (Z’, Dose response, kinetic, heat maps) as well as annotate data. Access HCS data from anywhere, anytime and with any web browser or Operating system!

Thermo Scientific HCSGateway™
Would your HCS research benefit from a world-class informatics solution, but you don’t have a Thermo Scientific HCS reader? The HCSGateway product provides an interface for third party readers to use our HCi platform. Data, images, analyses, measurements etc can all be managed and our best-in-class tools for data analysis, image analysis and data mining can all be used.

Thermo Scientific HCSConnect™
For those IT and bioinformatics groups who want to integrate HCS data more completely into their corporate infrastructure or developers wishing to write custom applications for HCS using data managed by our HCi platform, we offer HCSConnect. HCSConnect is a fully open standard, web services API that provides programmatic access to any data and images being managed by Store and is available via our HCSPassport™ program.
