Refrigeration System: Compressors are quiet and hermetically sealed. CFC-free refrigerants are standard. Manual defrost system is standard on all models; A built-in defrost drain is included on the 14.5 cu. ft (411 L) and 20.7 cu. ft. (586 L) models.
Cabinet Construction Highlights: Heavy-gauge steel cabinets include corrosion-resistant spark-proof interior with non-sparking magnetic door gasket(s). CFC-free, foamed-in-place urethane insulation protects against high ambient temperatures and helps minimize operating cost. Keyed door lock is included on 14.5 cu. ft (411 L) and 20.7 cu. ft. (586 L) models. Adjustable leveling feet are standard. Exterior is finished with white acrylic, scratch-resistant paint coating for easy cleaning.
Inventory System: Interior shelving includes door storage shelves. Combination refrigerator/freezer models feature slide-out bulk storage drawer.
Electrical: All electrical components are steel-encased. Electrical system must be hardwire-connected in accordance with local codes.
Explosion proof refrigerators and freezers must be hardwire-connected in accordance with local electrical codes. Access ports, casters and extra shelving are not available for explosion proof units. All models are designed for safe storage of volatile materials in hazardous areas. All models meet NFPA and OSHA standards, and UL requirements for Class 1, Group C and D applications.
