  AquaSensors AquaChlor Free Chlorine Sensor and Monitoring System


When used with the Thermo Scientific AV38 Local display unit and a pH measurement system, measured hypochlorous acid (HOCL) and hypochlorite ion (OCL-) concentration can be used to determine free chlorine present.  This free chlorine sensor will measure accurately in processes that are between 4 and 9 pH.

The AquaChlor System includes Free chlorine and pH modules installed.  The Free chlorine sensor head is pre-calibrated for free chlorine and temperature and can be plugged into any DataStick™ to yield accurate 24-bit data.

  • Amperometric measurement of free chlorine with optional automatic pH correction
  • Pre-calibrated, plug-in-play sensor with rugged replaceable Teflon® membrane cap
  • Suited for drinking water production and distribution, food and beverage sanitization/sterilization processes, and chlorine monitoring for UPW/RO production process to prevent membrane damage
