The VERSA Fiber Optic Probe features built-in room light immunity using a unique stray-light rejection optical system. An integrated trigger allows software interaction without removing your hand from the probe-simply program the standards and samples you wish to run and use the trigger to start the measurement.
It has a working wavelength range of 220-1100 nm and provides excellent linearity in the UV and visible regions.
The VERSA probe uses replaceable quartz tips, which:
• are made to cuvette tolerances
• allows measurements up to 6 ft away from instrument
• are available in 5, 10, and 20 mm pathlengths
• have a coated mirror to protect the aluminum surface
• allow for a range of solvents
• are washable and reusable for several months under most circumstances
The VERSA Probe requires a Fiber Optic Coupler for use with the Thermo Scientific Evolution 300 and Evolution 600 spectrophotometers.
A Cuvette Coupled version of the VERSA Probe is available for the Evolution 60 and GENESYS 10 series spectrophotometers.
