The Creatine Kinase reagent offers the laboratory at least 7 days reconstituted stability and various kit sizes to minimize reagent wastage.
Product Detail
Creatine Kinase (CK) is an enzyme found primarily in striated muscle, central nervous system and heart tissue. Increased levels are associated with myocardial infarction and are also associated with all types of muscular dystrophy, hypothyroidism, pulmonary infarction and acute cerebrovascular disease.
The Creatine Kinase reagent is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of Creatine Kinase in serum or plasma. This reagent utilizes the Bis/Tris buffer system. The reagent is water-reconstituted with at least 7 days reconstituted stability. The various kit sizes make it suitable for all laboratory needs. The reagent is suitable for manual use or on automated clinical chemistry analyzers. Applications for a wide range of automated analyzers are available on request.
