The CK-MB reagent offers the laboratory at least 7 days reconstituted stability to minimize reagent wastage.
Product Detail
The MB Isoenzyme of CK is most commonly elevated in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). In AMI, levels of CK-MB typically rise 4 - 6 hours after onset of pain with peaks concentrations at approximately 24 hours.
The CK-MB 2-part reagent is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of CK-MB (CK-2) in human serum.
