  Cylindrical Cells


Cylindrical cells are easy to handle and provide an excellent alternative to rectangular cells for the analysis of very small to large volumes of liquid sample. These cells are available in glass and quartz varieties ranging in pathlength from 0.01 to 100 mm. The very short pathlength flow cells are easier to use than rectangular cells for low volume or concentrated solution work.

Cylindrical cells are compatible with 8.5 and 15mm z-height instruments and have an outside diameter of 22 mm. Optical glass cells allow visible measurements in the 320-1100 nm range, while quartz cells allow UV-Visible measurements in the 190-1100 nm range. Cylindrical cells are supplied with 1 or 2 stoppers depending on pathlength.
