The LDH reagent offers the laboratory at least 5 days reconstituted stability to minimize reagent wastage.
Product Detail
Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) is concentrated in the liver, heart, kidney, skeletal muscle, and erythrocytes. Increases are observed after myocardial infarction, in liver disease, untreated pernicious anemia, renal disease, malignancy, and progressive muscular dystrophy.
The LDH reagent is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of LDH in human serum on both manual or automated systems.
