This course is designed to provide new users with the fundamental theories, technical information and hands-on experience of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry (LC/MS). Students with a general understanding of liquid chromatography (LC) who wish to gain an insight into the principles of Finnigan LC/MS and tandem LC/MS/MS.
Pre-requisites: No prerequisite mass spectrometry knowledge is required for this course, although and understanding of basic chemistry is recommended.
