The ALKO Calibration Pack is intended for veterinary use with IDEXX VetLyte® electrolyte analyzers. The pack contains calibration solutions for the measurement of sodium, potassium and chloride in animal patient and quality control samples. After opening, the Calibration Pack is ready for immediate installation onto the electrolyte analyzer. As a unique product attribute, the pack has been designed to include a storage compartment for the pack sealer, while the pack is installed. This convenience feature was included for easy and safe handling during the disposal of the used pack, which contains animal body fluids that are potentially biohazardous
Also included in the product line are ALKO Conditioning Solution, Cleaning Solution, Electrode Fill Solutions, Sodium, Potassium and Reference Electrodes and Quality Controls assayed for sodium, potassium and chloride values.
ALKO Clinical Consumables are intended for use in place of the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s consumables. Precision Data and Correlation Analyses are available upon request.
